Hello, I received PFL and planning on getting lawyer. We submitted our application on our own, didn’t use any legal services. Can we now go ahead and use one for this one step and would we then have to declare it in the application form?

Thank you for your comment. Yes you certainly can and if you do, make sure the paid representative signs the Use of Rep form with you and should respond to the PFL in the form of a submission letter in his/her legal letterhead.

My LMIA is 100% genuine, yet I got a PFL. How the hell that can happen? Has the IRCC officer made a mistake? Can I the truth prevail?

What happened now ? You got visa? Which IRPA Acts they mentioned in your PFL ?

@@jaisonphilip7179they issued a refusal. I took the matter with regional mp. Found out that it was IRCCs fault. Within 5 days my application got approved. Now I am in Alberta
