I don't know, if she is aware of if being from law background, but basic structure of COI isn't defined. Thus stating SOP, Independence of Judiciary is Bogus Info. Though Independence of Judiciary & SOP are part of COI as India is a Democratic Republic Polity. Basic Structure is something is what Judiciary will define time to time as per SC Upheld in Keshvanand Bharti Case vs State of Kerala Case.
