Suspension on dated 26_11_2021from authority after one-month authority gets approval from competent, authority as post-facto approval from above said date of suspension. What is service rules post - facto approval in court of law ?

Agar koi mulazim on duty drugs lene ke shubey main pakra jae or urine test per report bhi positive ho to is case ko kese handle kerenge. Kia penalty impose hogi?? Show cause notice dena hoga ya nahi?? Plz reply

اگر متعلقہ آفیسر ذاتی عناد رکھتے ھوئے کسی ملازم کو تنگ کرنے کی غرض سے شکایات اتھارٹی آفیسر کو کرے تو ایسے میں رول کے مطابق متعلقہ آفیسر کے خلاف چارج بنتا ہے ؟

Bhai mjhy govt service se dismissed kia gya tha mn absent rh koi 1½ sall wo b is waja se k mn deptt se 1year ki leave mangi thi k mre kch problms hn mgr wo hmsha regret krty rhe...or phr mjhy absent hona para...magr jb rejoin kia to c.o.i k bad mjhy dismissed from govt service or dia....or koi documents b far ham nhi kye gye or ye procedure after sunset kiya gya ap kch help or skty on this isue

﷽ اَلسَلامُ عَلَيْكُم وَرَحْمَةُ اَللهِ وَبَرَكاتُه کیا سول سرونٹ کی تنخواہ سے ایسی کٹوتی ہو سکتی ہے کہ دس سال پہلے اس کو غلطی سےایک انکریمنٹ لگ گیا تھا اور اس انکریمنٹ کی مالیت 160 روپے ہو اور اب اس کی تنخواہ سے 5000 ماہانہ کی کٹوتی ہو سکتی ہے یا نہیں؟

Hamara officer khud chuti krta he aur agar staff me koi chuti karay to absent lagata he batain sunata he mene kaha ap khud bhi to chuti krtay hain to kaha meri marzi, aur hazri register me apna naam bhi nahi likhta to kese sabit hoga k officer khud bhi aksar absent rehta he....?

If Authorized Officer imposes minor penalty of CENSURE, thereafter can the Authority order further punishment to the accused official ?

What do mean by further punishment? Do you mean another penalty or conversion or penalty to greater?

@@advocateonline83 yes, the Authority op pointed Authorized Officer, who further op pointed inquiry officer. The inquiry officer reported me innocent but Authorized officer imposed minor penalty andv CEnsured me. After that on grounds of CENNSURE The Authority further punished me and ordered to Dis Continue my performance allowance. In this way have Ik not been penalized twice for one charge I.e. un auuthoriized absent From duty ? Although I have submitted Departmental Appeal against orders of Authorized Officer for being CENSUURREDD, as the inquiry officer had held me innocent. What's your professional advice have I not been punished twice upon one charge or allegation ? What should zindagi do now, please guide me in detail as very short your left to. Submit. ZReviiee April, as you told earlier that it's 30 days only, and I had received that 2nd order on 377-07-2020. Thank you very much. Regards :-- SARWAT.MAND KHAN

جناب میں ایک پرائیویٹ کمپنی میں عرصہ 15 سال سے فیلڈ سروسز دے رہا ہوں. کمپنی ملک کے زیادہ تر صوبوں میں کام کررہی ہے. ہم فیلڈ ملازمین کو مکمل بینفٹس میسر نہیں ہے. مثلاً میڈیکل, گریجویٹی, گروپ انشورنس, پرویڈنٹ فنڈز وغیرہ. اور سینئر منیجرز یکطرفہ طور پر جونئر سٹاف کے ساتھ ہر طرح کا رویہ روا رکھ سکتا ہے. اس کے خلاف کیا قانونی قدم اُٹھا یا جاسکتا ہے تاکہ ہم کو تحفظ ملے

برائے مہربانی کنٹریکٹ ملازمت کے حوالے سے ویڈیو بنائیے گا کہ اگر کنتریکٹ ملازم کا کسی رنجش کی بنا پر بغیر کسی قصور کنٹریکٹ ایکسٹینڈ نہیں کیا جاتا تو ملازم اپنے حق کے لیے کیا کر سکتا ہے؟

اس میں کافی ساری چیزیں ہیں اگر اس کے ساتھ والے باقی لوگوں کا کنٹریکٹ ایکسٹنڈ ہو جائے اور اس کا نہ ہو تو ایسا نہیں ہو سکتا

AoA, sir, i am permanent employe recruited through ppsc in 2016 in BS 17. Sir i have one question jo offer letter start me department ki traf say dia jata hai usme likha hota hai "You are not Married to foriegn National" for which you have to submit an affidavit " Sir mera sawal ye hai k at the time of joining ap ki foriegn national say shadi hona zruri nai, ya baad me kar skta hai koi?

اسلام وعلیکم.سر آپ نے اچھی محلومات دی.مگر میرا سوال یہ ھے کہ اگر کسی گورئمنٹ ملازم کو جبری طور پر نکل دیا جاتا ھے.نوکری سے مکمل فارغ کر دیا جاتا ھے. اور اس کی سروس 19 سال ھو.تو کیا اس کو پینشن اور گرایجوٹی مل گی یا اتھارٹی روک سکتی ھے یا ویسے ھی ختم کر سکتی ھے
