When you inform them that you are gonna resign..then they give you 2 options...either serve for 14 notice period days and leave without paying anything or pay 1 month salary and leave immediately.

And my mothers surname is different in my educational certificates and her documents. I filled the one in her Aadhaar card in my application form and not in my educational certificates. Will making an affidavit be sufficient?
