Bowing and skewing is common in tubular form fabric, because loop formation takes place in spiral direction. This can be corrected in stentering process.

S j nature it will curle .may be problem in heat setting.if you unable tp stitch lightly spray starch liquid on the edges of fabric and iron.there is no other processes.

1/✓28 ×count = yarn Dia in inches. In single Jersey space occupied by one loop =4 times of yarn Dia. By this calculation we can find out how many loops in one inch ..I will try to upload a video on this calculation.but this theory is applicable for s jersey only.keep watching.thank you very much.
