@@ipolarbear4220 그러게요 생각보다 너무 거칠어서 저도 그게 좀 아쉽다는 생각이 들더군요. 돌의 크기와 무게가 한정되어 있어 분쇄정도를 조절하긴 어려워 보입니다. 솔직히 말하면 제작 공정에 들어간 수고에 비해 구입하고 싶은 충동을 유발하지 않는 것 같습니다.

Stone blades are not sharp, you can run your finger over it with no problem. It’s meant to grind the stone away rather than slice through it. But this also means that the blades wear down very quickly, versus a blade for wood.

Трудоемкая работа. Конструкция интересная, но не без недостатков - жернова нужно было притереть к друг другу, а бороздки должны на выходе сужаться, тогда помол был бы в порошок. И еще - как долго прослужит полиамидная направляющая ось и втулка? - их сложно заменить.

O resultado foi um café conhecido no Brasil como "água de batata", muito fraco 🤦🏻‍♀️, pois após preparado ficou transparente parecendo água suja 😜, e isso se deva talvez pela moagem insuficiente, os grãos precisavam ser moídos pelo menos mais uma vez para que virassem um pó bem fino, ou talvez a torra dos grãos não ocorreu por tempo suficiente.
