日本では見掛けないフレーム構造でした。 これまで自転車フレーム溶接と言えばTIG一択と思っていたので、 (ロー付けは接着に分類される) 場所によって炭酸ガス半自動と使い分けられているのは意外でした。 スチール生地に直接赤を塗って、ちゃんと発色してるのは意外でした。 何か特別な塗料なのでしょうか？ バッテリやメインコントローラが何処に付くのかは分かりませんでした。

To those negative comments here complaining: The entire bike costs around USD 1200, weights about 16 kg only ready to ride, and with LG cells. It is constructed for simplicity and super-easy usage as city and around town transport. It is not constructed for those needing electronic shifters, 30 gears, and handle bars from Rolls Royce that costs the same money as this entire e-bike. They also have other bicycles that cost a bit more, which are made better, however not as expensive compared to other brands.

I imagine if the spray can be into a pipe which have like cotton or the brush then issit no waste maybe or "runaround/float" of the colour?

Like an "o" can be sprayed through, then border is brushes/cotton to trap the colour, then can easily use it also.

Sorry but the "welding" techniques are deplorable. The MIG wire is too far out, as is the Tungsten.

@@deetalashoma3514 May I ask a question? Would tig welding like that get enough heat into the joint to allow for weld penetration or is it really just hold on the surface by the barest of minimums? Thank you.

@@sticustom The amount of penetration should be good enough but it also depends on the pulse of heat generated. The filler wire should be equal to, or better than the base metal. The reason they use pulse is because they don't sit to weld, no foot pedal, so the trigger is on the torch. They could have just done the weld with the MIG. Lastly, I noticed that after the TIG weld, there is a "crater" left, a serious NO-NO. That's where weld failure begins. That should be filled in, hence a better quality joining. 👍

한두대 용접하는 것도 아니고, 핵심 프레임 용접상태가 저게 뭐냐.... 용접하고 망치질도 않고 그냥 다름 공정으로 넘어가고 이건 아니다. 중국도 아니고 역시 우리나라는 용접은 기술이 안돼 러시아 독일 유럽 영상한번 보고 배워라 알곤용접이나 전기용접이나 뭐든...
