you know you've looked at bikes too much when you are watching this and are like, oh, that's the BB, that's the top tube, that's the headtube, that's a chainstay. All before it's even put together.

The bottom bracket shell at 6:59 initially looked like a defect. The quality control happens at 11:29 can easily miss it. Then I realized that the presses at 11:41 and 14:29 probably are tightly fitting enough to correct it or the threading drill at 18:10 goes deep enough to reshape it. Otherwise, it would have given you a hard time when replacing/upgrading the bearing. The new cartridge/cups would not fit easily, and you would constantly ask yourself whether you are stripping the threads or ordered the right parts. Separately, I didn't like the piling of the frames at the end, long after setting the rear wheel dropout. They seem to pile them positioning the dropouts' outwards, but it looks very prone to hitting or bending. At 22:53, when she puts a bunch of frames on top the dropout of the bottom one close to the camera takes the stress. Any bending may cause shifting problems.

This is mind boggling - very skilled workers with an insane level of automation. I'm working to start a custom bicycle building company in the US where we would build each bike by hand. We will be lucky to output even 0.1% of what these guys can do!

Can you point out a time in the video you are taking about. I didn't see much vibrating, many machines helping human hands. Also, many workers were past western retirement age and the "toll someday" seems rather distant. Go check out some made in India videos. This is a modern and state of the art jobber in comparison.
