Personally, I play the verse in the second position. It's easier to play the bends on the G and D notes with my pinkie than with my index finger in 5th position. Especially with those crazy bends and hammer ons leading into the solo. But thanks for doing this. I'm surprised it took so long for someone on youtube to take on this blues-rock classic. The solo was one of the first guitar solos I ever learned.
