Gracias for referencing The Slight Edge by Jeff Olson, As a Homebirth Midwife, this concept brings to mind BIRTH-->each contraction, each breath, each moment of surrender, an accomplished goal of relaxing and releasing tension during those 60-90 secs of the contraction, that in the moment may seem small for the larger goal, but COLLECTIVELY THESE MOMENTS BRING LIFE INTO THE WORLD, those seemingly small movements are powerfully impactful

Quick question: So strategy, how do you go about tracking and how do you fit it into your schedule? Is it a before bed thing? Or a certain day of the week?
