Hi Akash, Thanks for creating this video. Just a small correction: as a textile company, you don't get a GRN from the supplier; you get a delivery note/proof of delivery (POD). The Goods Receipt Note (GRN) is a document that will be generated by the textile company from their ERP/accounting software and given to the supplier.

Sir If purchase order is raised for 1000 unit at rupees 10 per unit and 800 unit received by vendor and 200 unit of Still in transit what will be total goods purchased

It’s a very big discussion subject to sale and purchase agreement entries changes, in normal terms book purchase for 800 unit and for 200 unit book as goods in transit under current asset But I will still say it all depends upon agreement , terms etc
