Why you all get the Hannibal vibes when I don't? It's the father being a murderous person that lives in prison, not a psychiatrist that framing people and playing mind games, the shows actually have you guessed who did the killing, like police drama searching for killers, not obvious like Hannibal, there is nothing in there like Hannibal series.

The son might be too obvious and it automatically makes it hard for the show to continue because he would either end up on the run or be in a psyche ward in the finale. If its the mom like someone said she will probably be the original killer as well (that the father took the blame for because love) that somehow got triggered and started up again

I like that the protag had to fight his inner demons so he wont become like his dad, instead he help catch bad guys. His constant push n pull between wanting to to kill (or at least finding murder fascinating) and trying to not be violent was very interesting.
