@Lassie Lucy I couldn't agree more. I have an eager interest in this because of the psychology of the whole thing. Malcolm is unable to form a meaningful bond with people, understandably because of his PTSD and a reluctance to trust people. Vijay actually surprised me in many ways. And I guess he learned as he went along with what was happening. Malcolm had his doubts too about the sincerity of Vijay's intents. The question he asked Vijay about why they drifted apart set him thinking. And it can relate to all of us in our lives when we consider that we can momentarily or indefinitely take different paths in lives that can mean we drift apart. The longer the period of separation the harder it is to reconnect. All it takes and the will to do it. The willingness displays a bond that hasn't been broken but just put on pause. We are now left wondering how this new relationship will pan out!! It certainly has my full attention. Martin is in his subconcious, conflicting between fear and the power to resolve conflict with intellectualisation albeit sometimes in a crazy manner 😂😂
