i might be wrong so forgive me Zac if this is rude but if someone's parents ship them a boston grand for their birthday, running a profitable studio might not be an imperative to putting food on the table. sick studio all the same from a guy who is clearly talented and passionate.. partic room 2 i think would be a fun place to make a record

Wow, such a great studio. Awesome gear but the design and look of the rooms is also amazing and really well laid out. I really hope this place succeeds. They seem super enthusiastic and appreciative of everything. They’ve also been good about answering my questions when they’ve posted gear on Instagram. Definitely the kind of place I dream about having one day.

That’s the exact same tape machine I used and learned on when I went to audio engineering school in Ohio! Awesome machine. We had it paired with a 52-ch Sony MCI console in our main room. Awesome days 🤗

I must say. Veryyy Impressive. I didn't notice 90% of the equipment but I have truly learned a lot of from this video. From how impressive they look and how much work has been put in by both of you guys into knowing the necessity for each equipment to just how much this did not just happen over night. Guitars have been collected over the years, the piano, the tape recorder etc. Truly amazing content. Massive gratitude to Warrent and your team. Thanks a lot brother!

Great tour, as always. The Focusrite unit you are referring to might be one of the Platinum series pre's.... I have the voice master pro, and I like what it does to a lot of stuff....guitar, bass, synths etc. don't use it much on voice though. Oh well.

@@StaticTeaz not the same, but same family of units. I think the units have a purpose...but many decide to sell after a while. I think they are the cheaper focusrite units.

When aligning drum mics for phase, or even split bass recordings- which one do you move? Do you assume the DI/close mic is the correctly aligned one and then move the others to suit? How do you know if a speaker is super accurate if you need to consider the room, acoustics, distance and the speaker itself, and of course a person needs to hear what "accurate" really sounds like. These studios are really great tho, i wish i could walk in to these studios just to feel the atmosphere and get motivated :)
