Bigbang's best vocal peformance is probably Tell Me Goodbye Japan Dome Tour. It's one of the best harmiones I've seen a group peformed. One of the best performances I've ever seen. It's basically perfect. Ten out of ten. It's a rock ballad that gives this 80's sound, this epic vibe. It felt like I was watching X Japan, Queen, Cinderella. A must-see, indeed.

T.O.P. started, then Seungri (blonde hair), GD (orange hair), Daesung (hair over his eyes), then Taeyang (pink hair). G-Dragon wrote this. The song is carefully designed to highlight the abilities of each member and let's not forget that two of them are rappers. If you want to hear more of G-Dragon's vocals then Untitled, 2014 is unmissable.

GD says he wanted to make a song that's easy to sing too. And he made those who can sing's part hard especially Daesung's part but for the rapper's it's easier so it became a song that sounded like it's easy to sing but when you actually tried.... as far as I know only IU successfully pull off the whole song without breaking her voice. Most other cover either changed it, remove some parts or had the singer struggling to sing it.

Bigbang members have very different voice and vocal range from each other. You can easily recognize whose part even when you didn't watch their mv or performances. Taeyang and Daesung vocals are so magestic. Also a lot of people didn't realize Seungri's tone and unique nasal voice is so hard to follow, so people tends to not appreciate his voice. Lastly, not forgetting the facts that two rappers Gd and TOP can sing beautifully...That is our talented and versatile 5 men💛💛💛💛💛

Thank you for the reaction guys! Just for additional context, “If You” is inspired by and a tribute to Deulgukhwa, a legendary korean rock band who’s dubbed as The Beatles of Korea. To achieve the rock-ballad sound, GD arranged the recording session at 5 a.m in the morning right after the members woke up when their voices are naturally raspy!

I’ve seen people recommend Taeyang’s solo song Eyes, Nose, Lips but I want to recommend the Fantastic Duo version. Taeyang sings his song with a fan(who is not a professional) and they kill it. They also had, I believe , less than an hour to arrange the song for their duet.

Yay, you guys are back for the Kings!! Until today they are still the boy group that's known to offer THE best live performances. They connect to the music and the audience very well and the showmanship is top notch, even without crazy choreo. Fun fact, when they first created IF YOU and have their company's director listen to it, he decided that this song would need no music video cuz he felt that the song itself already speaks so much that it doesn't even need one. Bigbang also like to write 1 song in each album that specifically intended to hype up big-stadium level stages. For example, BANG BANG BANG and FANTASTIC BABY would sound best during LIVE performances. It's like the antithesis of IF YOU, which obviously the softer side. Some people might found these 2 songs as LOUD or even noisy but when they heard it LIVE with all the sound systems, it all just makes sense, and that's why it would be perfect to have your analysis on BANG BANG BANG Live Performance after this! Bigbang's discography is very diverse and it's amazing to watch them evolve through the years, experience new styles... One thing I also love is that each member feels different, not only during their solos but as a group too. They have their own universe and creativity which is amazing to see. I once read (a long time ago) that this song came about because some critic wrote that TOP was a good rapper but like many rappers, probably couldn't truly sing something like a ballad. (as opposed to a fast song when singing often can't showcase a melodic voice). So, G-Dragon wrote this song (and a few others) expressly to show that TOP did indeed have a true singing voice and in this one, he had TOP start the song out. I was lucky enough to get into Kpop the year Big Bang debuted in 2006, they quickly became one of my favorite Kpop group, and as the years rolled by they became without a doubt my favorite Kpop group.
