I think that It'll Be Okay it's Shawn's acceptance song, tbh. This feels more like bargaining. "I understand this is happening, but I can't accept it, I don't want to know what being without you feels like. I need you" while it'll be okay is "it's fine, this is happening, it needs to happening. We'll both be okay, and whether it's gonna be romantically or as a friend, I'll love you either way."

A mixture of joy (the rock rhythm of the melody) despite the sadness of the lyrics (melancholy). When i discover a new song, I prefer to listen to the lyrics and then focus on the melody. Some music videos influence us, because the images of storytelling are sometimes totally opposite to what the artist says in his song. This video is very simple while there is a real staging. It is an artistic choice that leads the viewer to share, then enter the artist's universe and share his emotions....And i'll support you Blake, because you deserve that

I know this is an out of the blue request on this video, but you should react to the raw live session that Wilbur Soot did with Tommyinnit singing some Lovejoy songs. Tommy is actually the one you hear say "AM" in the background on the Lovejoy song Perfume. The live session was out of the blue with Tommy just wanting to play the piano to the songs and it was like his "audition" into the band. In the video it's just Tommy playing the chords Wilbur tells him to play by ear from hearing the songs so many times.

Only, he never did find his acceptance. He kept in contact with CC throughout the year after their split and tried to reconnect with her after she broke up with AK. I think he cancelled his Wonder tour in part bc of his anxiety, but also bc she had started another relationship and he wasn't good with that Also, he must have found it hard to sing all of the songs that he wrote about CC that were on the Wonder album and that emotion was too much for him. SM is a very sensitive person who feels everything deeply and puts his heart into his songs, and he has loved this woman for almost a decade (that's 10 years for the youngsters). He's done interviews where he's said he expected to marry her and that she was "his forever person". Imagine how bereft he must have been when things didn't work out between them the second time, either.
