After making her first short on a shoestring budget, Shelia Nortley fell into Producing. She's since Produced drama series Stay Close and has wrapped on Rapman’s upcoming sci-fi series Supacell, both for Netflix.

Do y’all understand what these films do to the psyche of black people’s in the diaspora? Paints an entirely new paradigm in our minds about who we are and what we can achieve creatively. This was dope!! Amazing and we need more! The success of black Panther helped spawn these kinds of films and shows! Keep it coming 🕺🏾

Je commence juste à regarder la série mais je ne comprends pas trop le rapport entre drepanocytose et super pouvoir car j’ai moi même 2 frères et sœur drepano c’est une maladie horrible 😢
