I think Bahubali's son is shown to be less intelligent in war tactics because he never actually had training unlike his father who learnt all the warrior ways, styles, he had the training of a prince. His son didn't get all the warrior education, or he would be maybe like his father.

People worship it along with the yoni (representation of feminine energy). His blood flows through the lingam the way milk, ganga water, honey etc is offered to it for abhishekam(a religious ceremony to please and honor lord shiva). The white thing he puts in his chest is bhasma(ashes), lord shiva is known to put ashes in his whole body to make himself one with what is the final truth, death.

Fairytales and war epics often have exaggerated power levels and stories to make it feel more epic. So for this movie and others like it, physics aren’t really important. this movie is acutally fantasy so that tree projection is agreeable it would be more convincing if they established about trees in that world like avatar did so when they execute it ppl would have agreed. im a telugu speaking guy i watched all bigbudget commercial hollywood movies but this is what it is indian makers have budget issues they all could come up ideas just like this. this movie made around 500 crores which is 77-78 million usd. its not even close to independent movie makers collection in hollywood.
