ONEWE debuted 1 year ago with ONEUS, but existed before with the names: MAS and MAS 0094, they created the band before joining a record label and acted on stage several times with Mamamo for example in the rock version of Gogobebe.

Onewe debuted together with Oneus - actually, they re-debuted since the band had already debuted under the name MAS. The band and the idol group are considered brother groups. They participated together in the same reality show and released a pre-debut song together, called "Last Song". Fun fact: Onewe and Oneus share twins. While Xion is Oneus' maknae, his twin brother, Dongmyeong plays the keyboard on Onewe.

Onewe started with a different name back in 2015, when Cya, the bassist/rapper who is the main composer on this song, was only 15 years old. They've been taking an indie rock band approach to their career rather than trying to be a kpop style rock group, doing club gigs and releasing music like a western rock band. Cya also writes and produces hip hop on his own or in collab with the rappers in Oneus. Keyboardist Dongmeong is the twin brother of Oneus's Xion. All the RBW groups are close and there have been quite a few inter-group collabs. Onewe's main singer Yonghoon sang backup on Moonbyul's Eclipse and he also did the whistling on Oneus's new single A Song Written Easily. Onewe has a long relationship with Mamamoo. They were the live band for Mamamoo's rock versions of Decalcomanie 3 years ago and Gogobebe last year and the musicians backed up Solar for her tribute to Blondie on the old k-rock song It's Been a Long Time, which was one of her Solar Emotion series of covers. Last year they were also the band for Hwasa's live medley of Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody & We Will Rock You and Kanghyun played an acoustic guitar for a solo performance by Solar on a tv show.

Onewe really talented group They played instruments in some Mamamoo live performances. They self-written/composed their songs. This 'Q' song was written by the bassist Cya with his friend and released in his SoundCloud last year with hip-hop vibes.
