Facts, finally a producer i can relate to when it comes to spending time onna beat
@youtubenewsfeed54275 жыл бұрын
Beats By Sim Right! These days they make it seem like if you ain’t finished in five mins, you’re trash. Sometimes I listen to a loop I made for a while and add as I get new inspiration.

KZbinNewsFeed Big Facts man same I can’t do that 10 min cook up if I’m gonna make my best work .. I can but I always feel it can be more , that’s the perfectionist in me 💯
@wyattalexander40415 жыл бұрын
Nobody really cooks up in 5-10 min after the recording process the producer and artist / engineers are there and they add stuff later most of the time we just don’t see that... people very musically inclined like Zay or Torch who have been doing this shit since the 90’s can cook in 10min and it’s done but that’s not common among most people and regardless doesn’t happen every time . We are all creatures creating Vibez and that’s what it’s about that being said I be vibing out like this guy 😎

ProdByLoDivino different skills. A lot of sample based producers can do both and vice versa. Also there’s a lot of both types of producers that are really bad at the other approach. Personally I think it takes a very clever and creative mind to take samples and flip it into something else, and make it as hot or hotter than the original track or tracks. A producer knows how to take a band to the next level. A sample based producer can take the original song and put it in a whole other context, or just simply rearrange everything into something completely unrecognizable.

Shit crazy, the thing is that if somebody sent that beat for during a producergrind livestream you know people critiquing would be saying “it shuda dropped there it shuda dropped here” and allat, the intros too long, etc. Even if it didn’t go like that most people would think the beat is nothing special, Goes to show you don’t need critiques from anyone, keep doing your thing especially if it’s working for you 💯

It's because rap artists sing a lot now. That voice is its own instrument waiting to be added to it. So if you're making beats for rappers that sing the best thing to do is keep it simple and leave room for their instrument (their vocals) to expand and compliment the beat
