This is all entertainment. I doubt he’d get that personal with his audience. Boundaries for his private space.
@ralBurebsuos9 ай бұрын
@articee1 He's the one who said he'll tour his own house. He has also shown many parts of it in videos. His driveway, closet, kitchen, living room, backyard, garage, and his view.

@@ralBurebsuos oh ok. Thanks. I didn’t realize. A full tour would indeed be welcomed then.

Wow, $900,000,000! This house is definitely worth it guys. I could definitely see myself living in it. I live here in Las Vegas, and love it. Although I couldn't afford it, I can still dream of living in this house. Someday I would love to meet you guys. I've been a fan of you guys for a while now. Great job on the video, and I can't wait till the next one. Take care guys!

If the treadmill suddenly stops you'll definitely get thrown backwards, because there's a friction between your shoes and the surface. The treadmill is moving backwards and it launches you into that direction unless you happen to be completely in the air during the time it suddenly stops.
@ridiak36379 ай бұрын
This is not true. The only way you’d get thrown backwards is if you stopped walking as the treadmill stopped.
@samuelheneryАй бұрын
I don't think it suddenly stop either. I think the camera man is correct. The club I go to has a treadmill and it doesn't sudden stop, but instead it will go backward and throw you off the machine. That is what I think happened with Michael I the technician at the club has tried to fit it servaral times. But the problem is it is intermittent. I will do it within the first minute of operation. So when I use it I am always prepared in case it does the sudden reverse.

Silly (I guess) question: with all of the luxury outdoor/indoor-style houses common in warm-weather areas (S.Cali, Nevada, AZ, etc) when all the wall-length doors are open, what keeps the house from being overrun with insects (especially the flying variety)?
@FlockyFlock179 ай бұрын
It's really not THAT bad with the insects. Though, with all of the rains this past winter, there will be more than usual. Perhaps they have those downdraft fans at the pocket doors?

I genuinely like Michael. He and I absolutely have nothing in common. His lifestyle and world would never even know that I exist. But I’ve watched him for years, and he may be completely acting, but he seems kind, genuine, polite and simple. Yes he likes super extravagant items and lifestyle, but there is a small bit of him and his personality that shines through that the average “Joe” can connect with. I may be completely wrong, but I hope not.

I was stopped by a silver-colored marble displayed in the heart of nevada Las Vegas , as if it had been made for me. I entered the mansion attracted by its elegance, as if I was a “king” ascending a stairway leading to a dream surmounted by a crown of days.

This is a beautiful home...the closets and accessible bedroom mini bedroom kitchens are nice...I like the eclectic mixture of the very old antiques within a modern home. If I had my druthers, it would be on Lakeshore Drive/Crystal Bay. I miss, the snow, trees, interesting older people(who are probably all dead by now), and especially the quietude of the lake. #justtypin Everyone says that Las Vegas is going to run out of water... I'm not for certain if it's claims over water rights, or what the old people believed would be lawful for the future of Vegas, but it's probably going to run out of water is what ”they" said.🤔

5:50 I'm so bewildered by this TV setup. What is the point of the moving speakers? Who would ever want them in the position where they block the TV?
@hyperspeed249 ай бұрын
I reckon it's to block the tv from sight. Not everybody likes the sight of a big tv in their living room. But in this case the tv is still visible on the edges. This system is a miss for me.

Holy sh*t I just commented the same thing. I was trying to do the math. Core 3 million...top grade finishings ... highway robbery on the glass....3 times a normal price for the pool.... sudden code changes from back to school with Rodney...neighbors 14 feet away...and I still couldn't spend more than 9 million. So is the lot 11 million?

@Enidan11119 ай бұрын
On the one hand yes it was, but the dog in there was very old, probably bad eyes etc. Maybe it was in there for it's own safety. The house is huge and there might be several places that are dangerous for it. But personally, I'd put this cage to a more friendly, brighter place probably in the living room. But who knows, the owner might have reasons to put it there.

These houses with large panels that open up the house work well in temperate climates. Ideal for southern beach houses where the temperature is pleasant and stable throughout the year and throughout the day, but temperatures vary greatly throughout the day in desert climates. Im curious what the actual breakdown comparison in terms of available open hours for these ‘opening’ houses is. However maybe it doesn’t matter if someone motorizes and programs them to open and close at certain temperatures and times, making it no hassle. Fresh air is valuable.
