Mori always sings live, I love this woman soooo much, what a talented singer, this is Mori's band and the bass player in the background is Mori's musical director and arranger, Mori's husband Dave Lamar did the filming, they said it took 2 takes to make this cover, Bruno is Mori's fav singer and her dream is a Bruno collab. ❣❣❣❣❣❣👍👍👏👏🙏🙏

The backup band 3rd Ave actually started out as a sought after wedding band in their early days catering to high profile personalities and celebrities in the Philippines. Each of the members are quite successful solo artists on their own whether producing, solo performing, writing etc....the bass player, Adonis Tabanda is their leader and musical director as well as Morissette's long time collaborator in performing live and in musical arrangements.

The music industry in the Philippines demands that entertainers perform live as much as possible unless its for an MV. That is the expectation of the audience in a country where music, especially singing is deeply ingrained in the culture. Adonis Tabanda is a multi-hyphenate, a well respected musical director/arranger, whether it's for orchestra (was conductor/bass player for Forte concert feat. SB19), acapella (simultaneously a background vocalist w/ 3rd Ave for Mori's Rise Up acapella cover), or band director (for Mori, SB19 and a slew of others).
