If ditto is a story about a relationship with an idol from a fan's point of view, omg seems to be a story about the loss of identity due to stereotypes from an idol's point of view. My personal interpretations of the characters - Hanni, feeling like she's losing herself to her celebrity, and the expectations of fans. Minji - Being the oldest, the others come to her when they need advice or comfort, she needs that too but has no one to fill that role for her. Hhyein - Wants to be a princess, but the bear, representing possessive or obsessed fans make it difficult or impossible. Haerin - Reduced to only being recognized for her appearance and introverted mannerisms. Dani - The only one living in reality but as the others are delusional, they think she's the one living a delusion. Could be totally off base, but they're my thoughts, nothing more.

I think you can add to Danielle that her delusion is always being forcefully happy and laughing at everything as it shows when she is laughing at the broken tv and then she realizes they're NewJeans. Haerin after being called a cat many times thinks she's one. Minji as you said I would also add that she thinks she is a doctor and needs to help the younger members, only to realize she also must help herself.
