I think Donruss had better rookie color and the Zach, but Hoops had a couple cool color vets and the auto. Gotta give Hoops the slight edge. But, wait, are Donruss cards really thicker than Hoops cards??

Yeah that was so weird…I was not expecting the Donruss base stack to look so much higher than Hoops, even though the it was approximately the same number of cards!
