Should have machined for seals on bearing block. Put seals in backwards to keep out junk. Put in grease nipple in bearing block. Otherwise pretty good piece.

To keep chips and grit off of the clamping stud you might try putting a piece of tubing over it to cover the threads, it could be loose or welded to the nut. Try Gibbs Brand to keep the raw steel from rusting.

How about a comparison or recommendation of hole saws. I have bought really bad ones, dull quickly, out of round etc.

Lenox is the only brand I buy for metal cutting. The ones in the video was some random wood ones I had lol 😂

Lenox is the only brand I use for notching. It’s the only one I found to hold up. I notching 1000’s of tubes when I ran my business
