In 24/7 monitoring mode, the camera will work on movement only if you connect the cables with the fuses or even with obd connection, the camera will activate itself in movement mode.

It's going to work with both OBD or direct fusebox constant power.

In the situation where I am connected with the obd cable, it will be able to receive power even if the car is completely turned off. The camera will still have the option to shoot video with a motion sensor or I will have to buy a 24/7 kit.

3in1 for reasonable price, but resolution and framing is not the best in class, especially for 2024.

Have you ever had a dirty car inside for a long period of time?

I do not recollect. I’m OCD, having a dirty car drives me nuts.

All the video goes into one folder, parking monitor file or normal recording. There is no notification or alert if the dash cam had new parking monitoring footage. Don’t waste your money in this cam, it’s crap one. Go for viofo, might be 100$ more expensive than this crap but it’s worth.
