Hi. My mortise lock installed at one of the security doors not functioning. Cannot open using the keys. Is that any way to unlock it and open the door? Thanks

There are many type of mortise locks, and somehow, most of it doesn't fit into the security door. And, most of the security doors comes together with imported mortise locks, which can be troublesome when it comes to troubleshooting and replacement. Please contact the seller.

How to lock it from the outside? We are trying to lock it from the outside with keys but we cannot pull out the keys

Try to use WD40 or any lubricants, spray it into the key holes.
