Purchased this class and am really happy with it. The interviewer does a great job of asking about important little details about the production. So cool to get a clear view into the production process like this. Does anyone know if there are others like this where a professional artist breaks down their tracks: chords & arrangement, effect chains, synth patches, etc for well-known songs in similar genres? PML, please do more!! take my money!!

@@ProductionMusicLive Sweet!! The pacing for this one was on point 👍. not too long, not too short. Please keep asking the artists to pop open their midi note editors, even for a second. Very helpful to see the actual notes being played

@@zoidian601 you could always message your favourite artists or check if they have their own masterclasses or give lessons. Myself included, a lot of artists do private classes or recorded masterclasses. Be open to message artists, we won’t bite. PS: obviously this is not my artist profile :)

The depth of his music is on another level. I never will understand when people say electronic music is not real. You have to know music with your soul to create masterpieces like this. That's why his music lifts another's soul

Most of the people outside this world think electronic music producers wake up in the morning, switch on the pc, push a giant red button and get back a complete track ready to play…. People cannot even think how many layers of sounds, plug-ins and textures are needed to sound barely decent. I’m not even talking about masterpieces like Ben’s tracks!

People say it's not real because it's not recreated live on stage the way a band recreates live what they produced in the studio. A band doesn't go on stage and press play on their studio album... It's the live performance that those people love That said, it sure is nice to listen to

When I heard it on Cercle, this track instlantly became my favorite Ben Böhmer track and one of my favorite electronic track of all time. A lot of emotion comes out of the song, the main melody combined with the cord progression is pure magic, especially during the breakdown. Everything fits together so naturally, just perfect. 10/10

What a treat! Brilliant piece just like quite a lot of your work. But this one shows a maturation on several levels. "I was writing music for five hours and I was about to stop becasue I didn't feel something, and then the following hour, then the magic happens." I'm totally "resornated" by this sentence. I have exact same feeling about this. I used to make a progressive house for a long period of time but then soon I give up becasue I feel nothing. Then when next day I changed a bit in chord progression, suddenly my inspirations comes just like tsunami. I think when you run out of ideas, you may rest for a minute, do something else, and then come back, only listening to the work and feel why you are making this. Maybe something good will happen:)
