Hey Karla, just a quick note on the vitamins. I believe caffeine cancels vitamin c absorption, and it’s recommended they are taken at least 2 hours apart.

of course! 🩷🩷 I was making that same mistake with my daily iron supplements. I take my iron supplements with a vitamin c rich meal or supplement because they go well together and the caffeine was disrupting that so I had to stop drinking morning coffee :/
