Aliyah! First, love the consistency girl. You're one of my favorite youtubers. Second, I have a 10-month-old cavapoo puppy who used to get us up at 5/6 am. In order to get him to sleep in, we had to make sure he gets out all his energy during the day, that he recieves no more food or beverage after a certain time, and that he uses the bathroom before going to bed. Also try to keep him up as along as possible to push that wake up time! Hope this helps!

Not gonna lie, if you’ve never had avocado toast, I think you should try a cinnamon swirl or blueberry bagel with thin slices of avocado. It’s been one of my favorite flavor combos since I was 8 or something and I was intensely craving it when I was pregnant last year but good avocados were so hard to come by in my area for some reason. But, if you’re ever looking for something new to try, I’d definitely try that. I still love eating it now. I always end up eating like two or three of them between breakfast and lunch and that usually holds me until dinner on the days I eat it, but that’s just me! And mostly because I’m trying to lose weight. Also, it’s best if you toast the bagels until it’s slightly browned. And eat them right away when you make it so that the avocado doesn’t go brown.
