Hello beautiful people!! I have been made aware of the audio issues on this video (and some others) and just wanted to say soooo sorry for the oversight!!! I've started using earphones to edit recently & wasn't aware the video sounded different without them on & so I have spent the last two days fixing the audio alone on this video, just to realize you can't actually replace the existing audio 🥲 I am considering re-uploading this video but let me know your thoughts! For the time being, I have created captions, so make sure you turn that on! (also lmk what languages i should be adding to my future videos for captions ❤

It’s funny because in the beginning/middle of 2023 I was really insecure and was constantly shaming myself and my body/face, but on the end on 2023 I started to think positive and now I really love my face and body and the surprising thing is that even if I eat some sweets a day, my body looks and feels so healthy and skinny (in a good way) so the message to this is: do not shame your body, because you’ll just make your body worse.

If you can’t, take things slow. You don’t have to magically recover, I took a long time to recover because I kept shaming myself since 2020, and it took a lot of time, so do not worry if your not recovering easily, because eventually you’ll get there 💕💕

Hi, I'm a new subscriber, and I love your aesthetics. I don't know if it's just me, but I had a hard time hearing you all throughout this vlog. What program are you using to edit your videos? I recommend going into your sound settings to make your voice a little louder and lower your background music, so your voice doesn't sound like it's combined with your music.
