3:20 idk if ur carts have room in the uk but i usually just tuck that on the underside of the cart which is helpful bc u can quickly throw everything back in the cart after u pay (no more anxiety thinking about how ur inconveniencing the ppl behind you as u bag ur stuff) and take ur time tetrising everything in ur foldable cart

hi taz!! i'm from Spain and i'm seeing you talk about your granny trolley. i don't know if this is a thing JUST in Spain, but in stores and supermarkets there's this area were you can lock your trolley! that way you can shop normally and pack your things inside your granny trollz after you've paid. if that's not a thing over there it should definitely be!!

I find it easy to take my contact lenses out by touching directly in the centre of my eye and dragging the contact lens to the white of my eye and pinching it out. I also find it easy to insert them by directly placing the contact straight onto my pupil. It took me weeks of practise and by a few months it’s not something I have to think twice about. You just get used to touching your eye and it eventually becomes so normal. Hope that helps 😊

TAZZZ. I used to also feel the period being a surprise thing, AND THEN I started using a calendar marking thing where I write down the date I got my period on a postit and put it up on a plain sheet of paper and i do this every month. And so now I know when to expect it and somewhat have a better grasp of my state of mind. So I RECC THAT

Hey Taz! Two little tips for you: 1. When the weather and sunshine affects your energy so much, have you checked your vitamin D levels recently? 2. I love me some Sauerkraut, but I prefer it cold. In Germany it's mostly served hot with some potatoes and meat, but I love to mix it into my salad! Gives it some tangy crunch and might be easier for you to try out and not have to commit to a whole meal with it 😊

I usually hook the granny trolley under the granny trolley handle bottom bar to the shopping trolley hook (where you usually hook bags) and not the top of the handle (if that makes sense?!). It is high up off the floor tilts to one side so i have room for my legs so it doesn't bash them so much. Take care!

I wear contact lenses so technique definitely makes a difference. I hold my eyelid up with my opposite hand and then have the contact lens on my pointer finger. Look forward into a mirror and gently place the contact on. For taking it out, put your finger right in the centre where the lens is and drag it to the outer corner, then pinch and remove. Hope this helps!

A tip for contacts, had them for 10 years now so I would know😂 use your middle finger and index/or ring finger and do not take it out like “pointing” to your eye but use the cushions of the fingertips if you know what i mean (the finger pad) , and like push the fingers in to each other. Basically on the contact start from the sides and push in. Its faster and much easier to grip without scratching your eyeballs out😇

Hi Taz, I’d recommend looking into ADHD and PMDD as there is a really high correlation as our dopamine drops. I get very low to the point of extreme depression before my period, and I’m very emotional and it can feel so scary. Tracking may help you foresee things and understand patterns more with it

Just came back from shopping with my mom. We have that kind of shopping trolly and we love it. We just fill up the shopping cart from the store and after we pay for everything we load up our shopping trolly. It's a game changer for us.😊

The Flo app would help you track your periods. It's easy and one day if you decide to have a relationship or kids, you can track ovulation etc... It's also handy to make sure there's no issues if you come on early or late.

hi taz, one hack to remove contact lenses is to place 2 fingers; bottom and top eyelids by the end corners of your eye and pull them towards your temple while simultaneously closing your eye.
