Journaling/To Dos: Put the calendar items for the week on page one, and tasks as they come up, line by line, on page 2. Timers: Pick a time that works for you (5 minutes is usually my go to) and keep them on your desk with a sticky note of the thing you don't like to do (i.e. stretching). Vision Board: Keep important documents and your vision board above your monitor literally taped to the wall. Seeing your dreams and recurring goals every day makes all the difference.
