+Productivity Game Great video as always. However, one thing most people forget when they are trying to build a business is that they care too much what they want instead of what the customer want. I think the most important question to ask is: "How can I give as much value as possible to the customer?" I think this question will help anyone trying to start a business or create a product!

If this first experience with your business is anything ton go by, you walk what you talk re value delivery etc. One small hint: hit what I thought was the link to get the free summary and it was the wrong link so for a moment it looked like I had to subscribe to your pdf service to get what you asked. When I hit the correct link I was asked for my e mail and NOT MY CELLPHONE.... e mail fair cell phone not. Suggestion: MAKE THE LINKS below the video MUCH CLEARER - use alignment - title and topic in neat parallel lines so people don't think you're doing bait and switch especially when you are not. Enjoyed your video. Will be watching more. G

This honestly seems like redundant gyan. "Exceed customer expectations" and "finance" are already a contradiction. These business books make things sound so easy whereas they're way more complicated in real life.
@animewatch42135 жыл бұрын
I disagree. Business only needs part 5, profitable. The stronger the moat of a business, the less the business need do those other parts. For example, monopoly-like cable company and drug company. People will come to them for their less than promised shyty service because they are the only viable option. This is why Munger and Buffet look for business with a strong moat. Did Josh Kaufman learn anything from Munger....?

This book has really alot of gold in it. It is divided to three parts: First part - basically what this videos talked about but there are two other parts: second part is full of tips of self management and how to influence and bond with other people. Last part is about systems: how to build and measure one - this part was quite boring to me but maybe one day i will re-read the book and find it useful. I highly recommend the book. If you're short on time consider only reading the first part, the second part can be a nice bonus. Third can add value - but isn't critical.

I finished this book one month ago, really enjoyed the knowledge it offers. So i decided to reviewed it again. However in Marketing chapter, i think it would be more appropriate to talk about "Brand" instead of Reputation. Reputation is more about the perception of your stakeholders who has consumed your offerings. But in Marketing, the thing you should do is raise the Awareness, its more about branding.
