I think with a lot of makeup it takes a few uses over a period of time to really get the feels for whether you like it. That is why I much prefer speed reviews and monthly faves and fails rather than just the first impressions videos

The CT foundation stick is one of my absolute faves. Makes my skin look great. I don’t ‘slather’, lol, just apply a bit here and there to even things out. Totally agree to give it another go!

Lisa Eldridge Elevated Glow (crystal nebula) at first I didn't love it. I prefer powder highlighter, a nice smooth (I use that rephr fan brush) light application to the top planes... but I started using it to mixing it with my Mac Studio Radiance all over the face. Fabulous combination, makes me look 10 years younger, I think it tightens me up a little. 🤩

Dear Charlotte, thanks for the video💖 here is a little tip for the dior bronzer stick: apply a bit to the back of your hand and then go in with your brush to pick the product up. From there apply it to your beautiful face :-) thats the way I do it and it works very well and a great benefit is that the product is evened out when on the brush so that makes blending even easier... xx and have a great day✨

5:53 re: CT glow stick... why would you want a product that you need to slather on so much vs an actual foundation stick like fenty or dior's that you can do three or four swipes and be done? I guess if you already have it it's good to know you can use it but I still don't know why you'd want one lol

What a great topic and so many good products over the years to put in this category I hink for me the products that stand out the most in this topic are The charlotte tilbury bronze and glow duo compact from years agao …… I loved the bronzer in the light compact it was my one and only bronzer for years however I never used the highlighter in the compact because it was just dark enough that it would leave a cast on my skin so when the day came to repurchase it I just decided I couldn’t repurchase it if I wasn’t going to use half the product yes I could use the highlight as an eye color however that would mean I’d use the bronzer up long before ever finishing the highlight so it would still be wasteful in the long run On the other end of the spectrum a couple of products that I wasn’t sure I really loved at first but is now a holy grail daily must have for the right purpose are the inkey list oat balm cleanser and omega water cream moisturizer… individually I thought the oat cleanser was to greasy at first and the omega water cream moisturizer was to oil controlling how ever when I used them in a skincare routine of the oat balm cleanser as a first cleanse or a soothing mask when needed for my rosacea followed by the fulvic acid cleanser then the Elemis resurfacing pads as my exfoliation followed by the inkey list bce moisturizer and use the omega water cream as my under makeup moisturizer my skin loves this routine and the only real steps are a double cleanse, gentle exfoliation, and moisturizers

That charlotte tilbury stick is one of my favourite products. I love using it almost like a primer. Holy grail. I bought it in Aussie winter and it was so great. Now that it’s summer I’m using it less. Can’t wait for it when it gets less hot.

You show that people need to give makeup products the benefit of the doubt, Charlotte! Try, try, try again (or research) until you get the best of a product. So good to hear your thoughts about this. I am a fan of the CT stick and use it every day. I am on my second stick now. I recommend Wayne Goss's video about the Charlotte Tilbury stick to see how he recommends it's use. I also love my CT bronzer powder as well as her cream bronzer. I will have to check out the Chanel blushes. I agree with others that you look fabulous! Love the hair.

I did the same thing with the CT bronzer, I use it so much in the first 18 months after it released, I had a massive pan in it but the Gucci came out with their bronzer (which is still my fave) then YSL and RMS, so i was repurchasing the cream bronzer and setting spray and I thought I'll buy the refill, well now I've hit pan on the refill because I love it so much. The CT unreal skin glow tint, I absolutely love, i used one up in 4 months and now I'm on my second one, I love it under makeup because it makes my foundations look amazing on my skin and if I'm not wearing foundation on that day I'll use more and a bit on ND concealer and I look great. Charlotte really did market this wrong because it's fantastic 👌

I had the same problem with dior stick contour - too much product comes out with a swipe. I have the lightest shade as I am in the fair category. I solved the problem by using a brush to swipe over the stick instead of swiping it directly on the skin. Works like charm.

I couldn’t figure out why CT came out with glow tint why we were melting in the summer! Maybe they brought it out for those in Australia and New Zealand with hopes that they would get the word out? I glow more than enough naturally in the summer, but I need that glow in the winter! Great video concept! I’m glad you are encouraging us to revisit our collections!

In the US I can only find the Dior Sequin Liquid lipstick in 113 Twinkle - I wonder if it's the same? The Forever Liquid Lipstick does come in the shade 100 Nude but this is different than what you are talking about I think?

I wasn't sure whether to choose a cream bronzer such as the CT one or a powder to replace my fav guerlain terracotta one. In the end I treated myself to the hourglass dragon palette as it has a bronzer, blush, highlighter and finishing powder! and I managed to get it on discount too for £81 which was great! hope I enjoy it as much as the jellyfish palette. And as it is limited edition I didn't want FOMO

I pan a CT powder almost every year and I have panned three of the CT cream bronzers. That cream bronzer is my favorite ever. Ever. Ever. I use her cream bronzer in fair and then I set it with my Hourglass Diffused Bronze Light. It lasts all day and I never have to touch up. I have never used her powder bronzers because they are mat and I prefer the glow I get from her cream and the Hourglass.
