wow I LOVE your 'about'! I just read it and now I like your channel even more and will definitely keep supporting it ♡ Amazing that you keep it authentic and empowering. I'm Pakistani and I remember as a young girl (around 15 years ago) watching America's Next Top Model and then comparing my features to those on tv. My nose was too big, my lips too thin. I wasn't even in my teens and already thinking about how to change my appearance! 💔 Through education, spirituality, lots of soul-searching and healing, I have now accepted myself, just the way I look and that's the message I wish to spread to others as well 💕

Yas!! This is exactly why I don't do any major contouring videos that are so popular because of this need to change your entire face shape and look like a different person. I don't obscenely overline my lips (actually I don't overline at all haha) or use hair extensions or fake lashes, fake contacts and filming in 4K with no filters or smoothing...just whatz real so we can start normalizing what is real instead of pining for what isn't. Thank you for reading the about me...first time I've received a comment about it and I really appreciate your support🥰😘

PM foundation also mad me red on first try (I think also the alcohol) and Fenty has great shades, but also breaks me out. Usually silicone & alcohol high on the list is a no-go for me. And also Bismuth oxychloride (in a lot of powders & liquids) breaks me out & whiteheads.

Thanks for the heads up Miki! I think I need to sit and look at all the products that break me out/give me irritation and see of I can find any ingredients that overlap but damn that sounds very time consuming🤣

The Fenty skin tint does have some comedogenic ingredients with a rating of 3 and 4, so I suspect it would cause breakouts. I hate getting the wrong shades as well, I did that for concealers before that I otherwise would have liked. I regretted buying online
@Faves9973 жыл бұрын
Dude that’s exactly why I’ve held off the Saie bronzer! The shade is way too warm. I’m hoping they expand their shade range bc I’ve been drooling over the formula since they launched.

As a fellow sensitive skin brown girl, would you be able to make a video on products that definitely don't make you break out? I know we all have different ingredients that cause our skins to go crazy, but having a bit of a guide on the "ingredients/products to consider avoiding" might be helpful!
@RashiRamalho3 жыл бұрын
I feel like this is dangerous territory lol for example Silicones don't break me out but I know many people who can't use products with silicones so if I say silicones are safe...that isn't necessarily true?? Hmm🤔

I have the ND lipstick in Sami (and Noa) and the formula is great but it’s so cool toned on me (and I have a neutral undertone). It only works for me with very cool looks, like blue eyeshadow, otherwise I look dead. I’ve tried it with a pinkish gloss on top and that looked good. But I prefer the Huda creamy nudes lipsticks, those work with every look.

Hii, Appreciate that you put your opinions! My skin is acne-prone, please suggest makeup products that didn't cause any breakouts. I know each one of our skins is different. But still, I have done a lot of research can't really come to a decision.
@RashiRamalho3 жыл бұрын
That is because itz very complicated. The only way I know to figure it out is via trial and error. You only introduced one new product at a time and give it 3 to 4 weeks to see if it will be ok or will it break you out. If it breaks you out, you make a note of it and offcourse stop using. You also have to be sure that it is the product and not for example just PMS that is breaking you out or food. Food is a big one. Lot of people including myself can break out from too much oily food or dairy. If you have eliminated the food factor and it is actually products breaking you out, you cross reference the ingredient list to see if there are any patterns or ingredients that overlap and hopefully you will find out what ingredient is breaking you out. This process is lengthy and time consuming but itz the only way to be sure that I know of.

Hi Rashi, I was looking into the Pat McGrath foundation, and I think I want to try it out. I can't decide on the shade, however. Could you help me out? My reference is NC42 in MAC, and I have a warm undertone. According to Pat's own shade finder LM15 would be a fit What do you think, is it too light? The next one up would be M19, and that just seems too dark for me. I can't get samples as they don't sell this foundation in stores.

Makeup for ever ultra had foundation dies faster than tree leaves. I’ve never seen any foundation die out this fast. The performance changes. And if you wear vitamin C serum as your skin care, the foundation won’t work on it. It looks pathetic. But let me tell you, when the foundation is fresh and new, I loved how it looked on me. Almost similar to Armani luminous silk texture ( this foundation never dies). The stick ultra had MUFE spreads so far that you will never be able to finish it until it dies. So MUFE should be bought with fresh stock and never on sale. This kinda info from makeup addict will save your money.
