One thing I never see addressed is the fact that some primers do not mix with some foundations. Everyone seems to just gloss over this fact. I love the Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum foundation, but no primer with silicone can go under it. It would be nice to see a video about good foundation/primer pairings for different skin types. It would also be terribly useful to see information regarding pairings that do not work well together.

Pencilfriend Paperscribbler usually with foundations and primers you don't want one to be oil based and one to be water based like if you look at the first ingredient you want it to be the same like water and water

Pencilfriend Paperscribbler In general, I find silicone based primers and foundations work best together, water based primers and foundations work best together, and oil based primers/foundations work best. Just check the first few ingredients on the primer/foundation you are buying to see which type it is.

Makeup wipes storage tip: buy a thing of baby wipes in the pop up containers, I recommend the Cotonelle baby wipes, they are in a small plastic container and have a rubber circle you press and the top opens. Replace the baby wipes with your makeup wipes and they will never dry out, you have a sturdy case to store them in, and it's super convenient!

Dear Kathleen, FYI- I read that ; if you really like the mascara wand (like the twist up one) you should clean it off and keep it to use with other mascaras you like . Or , if you don't like the mascara; but like the wand - save the wand to use in a mascara you like. Also , put your Simple wipes (or wipes with the sticky closures that don't work very long) in a sealable container. You can also get plain wipes, put them in a container and then add your micellar water, to the wetness, you like and you will have your own handpicked wipes (if one is too wet, you can squeeze excess out before using and not lose any product). I do this with toner over cotton balls in a pretty sealable glass container. Not only does the product last longer, you use only what you want. I love you and think you are so talented, smart and beautiful. Please, keep up what you are doing. I love ColourPop too.

Just an idea: if you transfer a setting spray into an empty bottle with a good nozzle, you might be able to enjoy the sprays you haven't enjoyed because the spray was bad. So maybe save that makeup forever bottle and transfer the dewy milani spray in there so you can enjoy it

I like these empties videos because I can get a good review of the product as opposed to hauls where someone will say that they like something at first, but later say that it was a fail. there are little plastic covers for wipe packets by Japanese company Bitatto, they are reusable and you stick them over the hole of the wet wipe packet. It works like the pixie makeup remover wipe cover, except it can be reused on any brand of wipes. I highly recommend those.
