I remember marking out for a sink top on a Formica worktop. I forgot to come in 1/2” from the first lines. I cut out for the sink and to my horror. The sink fell straight through. Such a dickhead, I never did that again. And I was a kitchen fitter back then 😂 I like that style of kitchen, it’s what you call, minimalistic 😂 👍👍👍 lovely job 👍👍

That's just some basic silicone sealant. I personally would use Titebond construction glue for better durability. But silicone is great and easy to replace later.
