DR. Galtung, in your analysis of the conflicting relationship of the USA vs. Latin America, you said there were 32 countries agaist 1 in the OAS meeting. That is incorrect. You said the US had no ally, even Columbia turned against them. You forgot about Canada. As a Canadian, I am aware that Canada vetoed the entrance of Cuba to re-enter OAS. AND Argentina's president Kushner was LIVID over US, CANADA and Columbia's scuttling of a statement of solidarity over Argentina's claim on the Faulklands.
