I've been told by my hematologist that there is no Pirtobrutinib to be made available by Ile Lilly and this treatment is looking like the only treatment left for me. I'm very worried 😢. Is there any hope for me.

My IGHV mutation status shows TWO clones - one mutated and one unmutated. How does this happen? Does this mean I have been unlucky enough to essentially have independently developed CLL twice? If so, any idea what percentage of CLL patients have this anomaly?

I am a cll patient battling since one year. I am consuming tab ibrutinib and feeling well but my bodyweight is deceeasing gradually. Please give suggestion for better living.
