I've watched this. I think the interviewer is a bad actor. I think Mr. Galtung can't say what he wants to say, and also has been habituated to not make an total effort. He's (Mr. Galtung) is human, after all. Note that this is at the Peace and Conflict Resolution Centre at GMU in Fairfax, Virginia, the interviewer might be the boss of the institution. I like Mr. Galtung, but this interview is all I know about him, not even wikipedia. He's kind of optimistic though, but maybe he's just putting on a face to get a subtle point across. He shouldn't have to.
