Hi Doctor, Thank you so much for the video. I just didn't understand when you were explaining the expected number of customers in the queue at 19:02. Why is the client receiving the service denoted as λ/μ? Thanks in advance

Since the arrival of customers is probabilistic, expected no. of customers is the average number of people who enter a Queuing system per unit time. The arrival rate is 'Lambda' and service rate is 'Mue'. The ratio is the utilization factor which indicates the proportion of time the server is busy.
