This is by far the best video of this condition I’ve found in the hours of looking. Everything I need to know is right here.

Thank you and now I'm even more aware of Urticaria and its cause. I'm 60 and had my first bout of Urticaria at age 13 and not again until I was 16...then 2x at age 60. What a bizarre disease and now more understanding of why. Urticaria is another autoimmune disease to add to my list of autoimmune diseases. I still feel frustrated.

Thank you for being people who care to help those of us who are suffering with this curse. It’s been 5 months for me. I’m hopeful that my 3rd dose of xolair will work. I’m so happy to hear that there are new treatments that will be available. I’m wondering if that has happened yet since this video is older? I’m feeling extra positive because you said that this WILL go away on its own someday. That in itself helps me feel much happier, relieving my depression and giving me hope. I’m so grateful to have stumbled upon this video.

Good health is all I keep praying for, but the reverse seems to be the case, one issue after another. But doctor Iyhere herbal medicine on youtube saved me. After using his remedy(drugs) on the rashes. They all vanished into thin air. ....... ... . .... .

This was excellent. Urticaria has been thread throughout my life. It's kind of like living in an earthquake zone. On the positive, prevention side it has steered me (slowly!) toward better health and lifestyle choices that may or may not have a causal relationship to earthquakes but are still good to do anyway. The negative side of this would be an neurosis of attempting to appease the earthquake gods with whatever superstitious cause and effect associations that can be conjured up. It is because the earthquake happens unexpectedly that living in the zone is a constant stressor either low-level or high depending on the history of the region/person. My urticaria is patchy hives easily treated with an over the counter antihistamine. But I'm haunted that this symptomatic relief from a drug is poking the bear, to mix my metaphor, and that more violent quakes could come such as a progression to psoriasis or MAS. It is well known that autoimmune disease, maybe all AD have at least some connection with gut dysbiosis and perhaps brain dysbiosis too. Imagine having brain, liver, or lung "hives"! Maybe that's why I spent most of grade 3 in the hall. I have a client (I'm a massage therapist) riddled with psoriasis and other torturous AI problems. I both want to help her and not become her. I could go on but I want to thank the doctor for this very well spoken, scientific, and compassionate talk. It was very inspiring to me both professionally and personally.

@@prashanthery5611 Drink loads of water, avoid foods high in histamine and take antihistamines, I find fexofenadine or loratadine most helpful, but the doses must be higher than for hay fever, I used to take 180 mg of fexo twice a day, or 10mg of loratadine twice, or during the worst flare up even three times a day. But the diet is important too, no alcohol, no mature cheese, no meat apart from very fresh chicken - read about low histamine diet. I found it too strict, but just avoiding the foods that are particularly high in histamine will help you. Also try to take care of mental health, because flare ups are likely stress related. Once you start feeling better, you can gradually reduce antihistamines and gradually start eating more normal food. I wish you a quick recovery ❤️

Thank you for the video and hopeful nessage! Isuffer from CU for a year and a half now. Omalizumab doesn’t seem to work ( injections every 2 weeks). I still have to take antinhistamine (4 times dosage sometimes) and also taking Quercetin ( natural antihistamine ) and DAO ( dymine Oxydate) to break down histamine in the gut. it seems to help a bit. what a weird chronic disease that is….very unconfortable and sometimes scary.

Removing hives is just the beginning, you understand the relief!! Nevertheless the actual beauty is the new skin that shows up as a result of small adjustments a couple of things inside 2 weeks. If you're in a hurry, one I would choose is the one found by reading Shane Zormander's approach.

I am a chronic urticaria patient who has seen 5 different physicians for the condition - some generalists, some specialists. It's 3 years since this presentation. The message I have gotten from ALL of these providers is the EXACT OPPOSITE of Dr. Maurer's message. I am told they don't know what it is. They don't know what causes it. They don't know how to treat it. They don't know how long it will last. We as patients are simply given the standard allergy skin test, given allergy shots just like everyone else, and essentially told to shut up and stop complaining. It's a dire situation out there for sufferers of this condition, and medical professionals have not gotten your message, and seem to care not at all.
