Melanoma and Skin Cancer Trials (MASC Trials) Board Chair, Professor Mark Shackelton, talks about how MASC Trials is leading the way in driving new innovations that will revolutionise how we identify and treat melanoma and skin cancers.
MASC Trials specialises in investigator-initiated melanoma and skin cancer research. Working with multidisciplinary medical and research professionals around the globe, MASC Trials develops, conducts, and publishes research and clinical trials that improve how melanoma and skin cancers are diagnosed and treated.
Our vision is to improve the lives of melanoma and skin cancer patients, and of their families, through delivery of high-quality trials that seek to improve outcomes and reduce the burden of these diseases in our community. Our collaborative approach sits at the heart of everything we do and drives outcomes that have the potential to improve disease prevention and patient care on a global scale.
We also work closely with consumer advocates to ensure their experience and unique perspectives are considered in clinical trial prioritisation and development.
