He is telling us the loopholes. The solution to everything about Africa is To Cut Of The Western Countries, their rules and organizations, currency. We need years away from the west. We are not gonna die for not having a currency for a year or two while engineering our own. Same with infrastructures. Enclosing Africa is the Solution to everything. It is done spiritually, needs to done physically. In the west the jobs available for blacks are the low of the lowest. We have to work. Not thinking working outside is bad, as in we are too good for this kind of job, or that, yet the so called good job, is for the very few.
