This was The most fascinating lecture /discussion on music and storytelling I have ever heard - as someone who isn't at all musically giftrd or knowledgable and just goes on the overall vibe (some music can make me cry with sadness, some music like big brass or percussion bands for example can give me this fizz of joy inside like champagne that bubbles up until it overspills out my eyes in tears (theres a technical term for that it turns out - its called Frisson) - you Sir have given me new ears to hear music and the stories each instrument is telling 🎉 Btw, re Young Thug's verse that no one can really understand other than pick out a few words- as you say it often doesn't matter & many people assign their own lyrics to what they think they hear - 80's band the Cocteau Twins capitalised on that & all their songs (eg Heaven or Las Vegas, Bluebell Knoll, Iceblink Luck, Cherry coloured Funk) were mostly nonsense words put together & left it to everyone to make the verses how they perceived it & therefore making it a more personal experience for the listener. Incidentally, Ren sang in "Suicide" that he sees the world through "Fibonacci Sequences & Double Dutch" and that would be a very fitting description of their music).

A little tip that might help just use it like a pod cast youll get around the same amount of info with less of a direct temptation believe me i understand the feel ive been through some similar shit in my life and watching someone use can be really difficult in a way thats damn near impossible to explain to someone whos never dealt with it.i truly hope your doing well and your recovery is going good if not then i hope it improves with time just remember if you do relaspe you dont have to stop trying to get better
