40:21 Yep in general the more information you know about a system the more predictive power you can have. More so you have logical trees that can help in ways. Stupidity is not infinite. It comes in finite sets. Natural biological a type and social constructed trees. Both typrs finite though may seem big to us. But thats just one classification type. Not to get into the quantum vs classical parts. Nice video. Thank you for sharing. Keep up the good work.
