Prof. Zaid Surprises Students Studying Overnight

With the examination period underway, the University of Lagos Librarian, Professor Yetunde Zaid paid a surprise visit to students studying overnight at the Akintunde Ojo Library basement.
She encouraged them in their studies and wished them well in their exams.
Prof. Zaid came bearing gifts of light refreshments, urging the students to treat themselves to it when they feel parched or need something to snack on as they studied.
The day of this visit, June 1, happens to be the Global Day of Parents and the purpose of the visit reflects the 2023 Theme:
“The power of parenting: raising happy, healthy and hopeful children”.
