Excellent, concise summary. My grandmother grew up in 985 5th, the daughter of one of George's bickering brothers. As much as I wish the houses were still there, in retrospect, it was a financial mistake for the four -- George and his 3 siblings with adjoining houses -- not to have combined and developed their holdings.

Just got a third edition of Stoebuck's & Whitman's Law of Property.

Good deal, John. It's not the most recent edition, but just about as useful and a lot less expensive than the 4th edition.

I'm doing great, Chip. I've completed my series on Property law, and I'm planning to do a series on Real Estate Finance, but I won't get started on that until after school is out this spring. (Too busy teaching right now.)
