Dear Prof. Durgin, thanks very much for your great teaching. Hard concepts are explained so nicely. I wonder if you have any comments on the reflection problem from a nonlinear load when your input voltage magnitude changes in a range, subsequently V+ and VL and IL and then RL = VL/IL? Is there a technique to minimize the reflection in a range of input voltage? Thanks

At 3:45 he divides by 2 to take the average? I can see for the resistor case you need to divide by 2.

thanks for making these informative videos on transmission lines. i was wondering though do you have any videos on solving non-linear loads on transmission lines using Bergeron diagrams. i can't find any resources on this anywhere
